Have you ever had a friend or loved one in need of support, but you didn't have the right words? The songs below all sing the thoughts you have in your heart.

An alternative blog title is: Songs you sing to tell your friend how much you value the light and love she brings into the world.

The full
Spotify playlist is at the bottom of the blog.

Remind You - Andy Grammar
And when you're questioning your worth in the way that we all do / And your version of amnesia starts to seep on through / And you know that you are great but you can't remember why / I will be there by your side

Broad Shouldered Beasts - Mumford and Sons
But when you feel the world wrapping 'round your neck / Feel my hand 'round yours / And when you feel the world wrapping 'round your neck / Don't succumb / But it's alright / Take it out on me

By Your Side - Sade
When you're lost / You're alone and you can't get back again / I'll find you, darling, and I'll bring you home

Stand by You - Rachel Platten
And love, if your wings are broken / Borrow mine so yours can open too / 'Cause I'm gonna stand by you

blogEntryTopper"Sometimes you never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory."

Many people mistakenly attribute this quote to Dr. Seuss. Understandable, since he has give the world a bounty of inspirational and introspective quotes, but this is not one of them.

Here are some songs guaranteed to put you in the mood to reminisce. From celebrations to breakups and everything in between, this is the soundtrack for your life in pictures.

Take another picture with your click, click, click, click, camera / Sure, I've got pictures of my own / Of the people and places that I've known

Butterfly - Corinne Bailey Rae
In my mother's house
/ There's a photograph / Of a day gone past / Always makes me laugh / There's a little girl / Wary of the world / She got much to learn

Kamera - Wilco
I need a camera to my eye / To my eye, reminding / Which lies I have been hiding / Which echoes belong / I've counted out days / To see how far / I've driven in the dark / With echoes in my heart

Picture to Burn - Taylor Swift

So watch me strike a match / On all my wasted time / As far as I'm concerned / You're just another picture to burn

Beth and Michael Get Married

Beth and Michael became husband and wife in an elegant ceremony surrounded by people who love them. As a couple, they have a wonderful combination of grace, good humor and devotion. Their rehearsal dinner slide show highlighted all of these qualities, by beginning with classic engagement photos, and sprinkling in a bit a fun throughout the show.

No celebration of Beth and Michael could be complete without their beloved dog Daisy, so the slide show ended with a recreation of "The Simpsons" couch gag, complete with caricatures of Michael, Beth, and of course Daisy. Lets raise a can of Duff's to toast the happy couple as they begin their life together.

The wedding of Lori and Lee

There is a tradition in Judaism to plant a tree when a child is born - cypress for a girl, cedar for a boy - and use the branches of each to make the chuppah (wedding canopy) upon their marriage. The Rabbis told this story under Lori and Lee's chuppah, and reminded us all about the glory of tradition, the strength of love, and the beauty that comes from blending branches. Mazel tov to Lori and Lee!
